Cancellation policy

To cancel your subscription, you will first login into your account created on shop.hispanicmarketadvisors.com. Once logged in, navigate to the "Subscriptions" section to view and manage your recurring charges. 

How do I cancel if I can’t log into my account?

You can also cancel your auto-renewal by contacting our Support team at (844) 462-3487 (in the US) or email it to shop@hispanicmarketadvisors.com with details of your request including the reasons for the cancellation.

When contacting us via email, please use the email address associated with your account and include the following data:

  • The email address associated with your paid account or account with a free trial.
  • The last four digits of the credit card number you use for payments, and the type of credit card used (NB: Please keep your data secure and don’t provide us with the entire credit card number).
  • The billing amount and date of your last payment. 

This data will help us quickly identify your account and modify your subscription.

What if I cancelled but was billed anyway? 

If you cancelled but were still billed, please let our Support team know the timing of your cancellation request and when you were charged. We’ll refund your money according to our official refund policy, unless you have custom terms in a signed agreement with us.

Important considerations:

  • Service plan: The subscription service you purchased is from Hispanic Market Advisors, not from Shopify itself. Canceling your account would cancel the service; it would simply deactivate after the monthly cycle ends.
  • Confirmation: After you request the cancellation, wait for confirmation from Hispanic Market Advisors to ensure your billing has been stopped.
  • External billing: Some services might bill you directly outside of Shopify's payment system. In this case, you will need to cancel with that service provider.
